Certificates must be collected within 6 months from the date you are informed that they are available.
In compliance with GDPR regulations, we do not store certificates beyond this period. After 6 months, uncollected certificates will be securely destroyed.
We recommend collecting your certificate promptly or making arrangements for alternative delivery if you are unable to collect it in person.
For certificate collection, please bring valid identification and your student ID number. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must have written authorization and copies of both your ID and their own.
